passivhausMAINE image release consent statement

By participating in certain passivhausMAINE events such as training sessions or workshops, and only when it has been publicized in advance as part of the event promotion, passivhausMAINE reserves the right to take still photography and videograhy for future use in education, training, promoting passivhausMAINE and advancing its mission. By participating in these events, attendants consent to allow their image to be included in these materials. Consent is granted to alter and edit the images or video and to publish or print the final material for any purposes deemed necessary by passivhausMAINE and pursuant to all existing laws and statutes.

If attendants do not want their images included in passivhausMAINE promotional and educational material, please email us at info@passivhausMAINE.org and we will do everything in our power to protect the privacy of your image by obscuring or removing it from newly published passivhausMAINE material.
