All items in our store are custom made through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. This model reduces waste and supports our commitment to sustainability — but it also means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect sizing, change of mind or general preference.

That said, we stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing error or isn’t what you expected due to a production issue, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

• Email us at info[a]passivhausmaine.org within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering — each item is printed just for you, helping us minimize environmental impact.
