Job Title: Experienced Carpenter
Salary Range: $45,000+

We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who brings both skill and heart to the work.
The Work
• Custom, high-performance residential homes—framing through finish
• Advanced building envelope systems: air sealing, insulation, weatherization
• Interior finish work: trim, built-ins, stairs, and custom millwork
• Collaboration with other trades toward seamless, high-quality results
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of residential construction experience
• Solid hands-on experience with framing and finish carpentry
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-first attitude and clear communication
• Comfort with physically demanding work and working at heights
• Basic tool set, valid driver’s license
• Bonus: high-performance building experience (Passive House, air barriers, etc.), OSHA 10/30
