Job Title: Lead Carpenter
Salary Range: $65,000+
Job Description: The Lead Carpenter is the point person on the jobsite, managing and directing the tasks of all crew members and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and productivity. The Lead Carpenter's role is to provide on-site support to ensure the project is executed in line with the agreed schedule and budget. The Lead Carpenter needs to have the carpentry skills listed in the Carpenter job description, along with the managerial skills to actively manage and supervise all jobsite crew members, including subcontractors.
