Requirements: The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in custom residential construction, from frame to finish, the ability to climb ladders and carry at least 80 pounds, excellent communication skills, an excellent attitude, work ethic, an eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team, a basic complement of hand tools, reliable, construction-appropriate transportation; and a Maine Driver’s License in good standing. Being a good fit with our existing crew is critical.
