Requirements: The right candidate will have 6-10 years in the construction industry (residential preferred) with a strong understanding of the entire building process, experience developing job estimates from construction documents and creating project scheduled, including scheduling subcontractors, an excellent attitude, work ethic, eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a team, an excellent attitude, work ethic, an eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team, the ability to work independently with excellent time management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to calmly/professionally resolve any issues, experience using project management software, and a Maine Driver’s License in good standing. Being a good fit with our existing crew is critical.
