Job Title: Project Manager
Salary Range: $65,000+

Maine Passive House is seeking a high performance custom residential (& light commercial) Project Manager with 8+ years of experience who demonstrates a deep understanding of the construction industry and quality customer service. If you're motivated by attention to detail, building science, nurturing partnerships, and driving the industry forward, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements: Experience running multi-million dollar high end custom residential projects Experience in multifamily/ residential commercial construction, specifically affordable housing Track record of excellent customer service and problem solving capabilities Proficient with estimating software (Construction Suite, Procore, etc.), Scheduling programs (Smartsheets/Microsoft Project, etc.), Google sheets and documents, Word, Excel, etc. Experience with personnel management OSHA 30hr
Benefits: $36-$52/hr to start (pay determined by experience and abilities), plus paid holidays and vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, family leave, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and a continued education stipend.
